vegetable glue
The vegetable glues (see adhesive) are adhesives based on glutens, generally prepared in a double-boiler utilizing flour and starch. For the most part, they are light glues and can be made stronger by adding garlic juice. Camphor and cloves help to impede or slow down the decaying process. See flour paste and starch paste.
